As for our treated timber, first any holes present in the wood are dealt with, and the design is carved onto the designed wood. Then the wood is placed in a vacuum where it is subject to high pressure, allowing the preservative to be injected into the wood cells and forming a tightly compressed wood, after which the wood is dried.

The wooden products are protected from rot, insect, fire etc after processing.

Strict inspection is carried out at every stage of the manufacturing process by each stuff of our factory. Spot check is necessary before shipment in order to guarantee our highest quality of product.

All products comply with international standards, namely American Wood Preservers Association (AWPA) in USA, JWPA in Japan.

Yuxinwood invest a disproportionate share of resources in continuous quality control carried out daily by our own forestry technicians, mechanical engineers and support staff throughout our theater of operations.

Keeping a continuous improvement of our products and developing other new product by our R & D department are to meet various demands of our customers. And also they are responsible to the quality control and reproduction of defect.
